Our process starts by creating a template for your document. There are no special tools or software required for this. In fact, you create the template using Microsoft Word, just like any normal document. Areas with dynamic information are given a unique ID, which the system will use later to populate the template. Once finished, you can upload the template to your WebFormIt account.
The next step is to create the online webform that will be used to collect information. Our simple Drag-N-Drop form builder makes it simple to create dynamic forms using conditional logic that are both functional and beautiful.
At this point, all that is left is to populate the template based on the information gathered in the webform. Our simple online system allows you to go through each ID found in your template and assign a value retrieved from the webform.
The final step is to add any other optional actions that you would like performed when your webform is submitted. You can choose to send an email, deliver a document, or send the submission data to an external web script!
